hello is anybody running a japspeed turbo back decat exhaust system and what are peoples thoughts on it?£360 for a full system,is it any good for that price?cheers,ryan.

 

I've got one mate on my classic, sounds great. Looking to change it though for no other reason than wanting to try another. Mine will be for sale but not until I find another.

 

yeh my mate has one on his classic,ive just got myself a jdm bug and it currently has a twister exhaust system on it(currently in cyprus and its like a cypriot powerflow)its just not loud enough tho.looking for something a bit louder with out braking the bank.how do you find the welds and the fitment?did it go on ok?what are you looking too get?also looked at the afterburner raptor i believe??any thoughts on that system?cheers,ryan.

 

The exhaust was on the car when I bought it a few months back. It's got a decat downpipe too so it is quite loud. Although in the car driving around, motorway etc its fine, not intrusive at all. People comment on how well it sounds. I like experimenting with exhausts but would never buy a new one unless it was for some reason cheap. Can't comment on the other makes you have suggested

For a new exhaust it's a good price. Is that just the cat back or downpipe too?

 

I had one on my last car. Just waiting for more stock and I'll be adding one to my current car too. Don't need to add more than that do I?

 

on the japspeed website its £360 ish for a full decat system it says.which i assume is turbo back?ive just come from a astra vxr so all this is new to me.cheers,ryan.

Anyone know if the turbo back is still available for bugeye wrx 01 plate phoned japspeed and they said they don't know when they will be getting an order in but wondered if anywhere else keep them in stock?

 

I'm running a full turbo back japspeed system on my02 Sti and love it great quality, price, fit and sound!!!!

I have mine for sale in the for sale section I ran it on my classic sounded great not to loud but a great rumble it's the full system from tubular headers down pipe through to tail pipe

I had a full japspeed 3" decat system with a 4.5" tailpipe on my impreza when I bought it and for me the system was too loud so I swapped it for a 2.5" stainless system with a prodrive back box which is loads quieter

 

That's a shame this is a classic fitment sorry
