Default items to belgium?!

It's kind of dificult to send items to belgium, read: expensive.

there are lot's of owners he who maybe know what's the best way to do it?

and an other question: Some people ask me to provied my own courier to pick up the item and send it to me. how do I have to begin doing that?

pls help, I want to buy lot's over the sea

I use
http://www.interparcel.com/
or
http://www.parcel2go.com/

to ship stuff from UK to me.. not that expensive and offer a range of services..
but many will require the sender to print out a label and stick it onto the package.
