Default can i drive without clocks.....

Will it cause a problem?

Not about seeing speed ect.
Would my battery not charge?

Some ECU's won't allow boost if they don't sense speed from the speedo. The battery should charge, but I'm not sure if any damage would occur if you drove the car with no clocks connected.

Ok that explains the boost issue i was having lol
Now battery is on charge will put cloks back in and see then lol

Historically on old cars in general that would be true as the alternator bulb provided the 12v supply to the alternator's regulator.

Can't say if that's the case for newer scoobs though.

Well it seems to be the case that it will not charge! Charged batt put clocks back in stated up fine, tested and everytjing ok cleared fault codes came to work checked again all good.
