Default Insurance help, PLEASE!

hey guys, iv just waited a long time to get my beloved bulb eye back from some major engine rebuild. iv had an overbore, forged piston crowns, uprated pumps, crankshell line bore. a whole heap of work ... £8000 to be precise. ... now i want some good insurance to cover me for these mods if anything were to go wrong {touch wood it doesn't}.....i want genuine cover, none of this phoney **** where the company blanks you after you've paid money. ... somebody suggest some legitimate insurance please guys, thanks in advance

Ask in the insurance section mate, the decent insurers will give you plenty of advice (and contacts).

Hi m8 I'm with Adrian flux who are good. Got a guaranteed value on the car with just engine bolt on mods. Mines a 04 blobeye sti 30k on clock from new full no claims protected and I pay about £ 389 all in and that's for a 13k payout. Hope this helps.

Try MoleyWRX on here.
But you obviously know that every mod must be listed if your insurance is to be valid?

And the more you list, the higher you pay.

I'm with Sky insurance, all mods declared and an agreed value.

Hi,
Please feel free to give us a try if you like. If you wanted to PM me your details I'd be happy to arrange for one of my quotes team to give you a call back.
Regards,
Dan.
