Default classis k and n fitment help please

car has a k and n 57i induction cone filter on it but the filter is quite bashed up underneath as its not fixed properly, not stable so it must bump up and down.
how have you lot managed to keep it secure and not resting on anything?
also are there any other filters that are direct fit to this induction kit?

Hello mate if you go onto k&n website look your car up and view the install instructions it will show you what was ment to be in the kit and how it fits it sounds like your missing the large hose clip with stud and the metal connecting bracket. It will also show you the part number for the cone so you can re order a new one k&n are proven so id stick with it

Regards

Dave

Its quite common that the stud snaps off the hose clip from over tightening. The bracket off the coolant bottle sounds like the little beasty.
