will std 4-pot brake hoses fit the STI brembo calliper?

Yes they do
all the front hoses from 1992 to 2007 are the same lengths and same ends on them , the only difference is how the fit to the front strut , the 1992 to 2000 classic they fit to the strut with a clip , from 2001 onwards they bolt on
