Question Urgent wiring help needed please!!!

Hi guys, I posted a thread a while ago now about fitting uk300 headlights to my WRX bug, now I have finally got around to fitting them, I`ve hit a snag!
I was let down by the guy I brought them off of, in as much as no plugs were with the headlights when I got them, so I need some help identifying which if the pins does what? and also I have noticed that my indicators and sidelights have 3 wires to each plug and the uk300 only have 2 pin plugs? So my question is does anyone know which wires go where? is it a case of 2 wires spliced together to 1 pin and the other to the remaining pin maybe?

I really hope someone can help as I think these headlights would look kick *** on my Gleaming white bug

Cheers Daron

Unless you can use a multi meter and know a bit about wires and stuff, might be easier and less stressful to take it to a decent auto electrician? At least it will be done right.

Fair play Johnnyblaze, just wondered if anyone else may have experienced similar issues that may be able to help?

i didnt read your post properly last night and took my passenger side light unit out, send me your email address and ill email you the pic i took to see if it helps.

i only took a pic of the main 3 pin plug tho, so not sure if its going to be any use.

the plug is kind of [ _ ] shape with the 3 pins off the main bulb. the left being red, middle white and the right red/blue.

there is an additional red wire off that loom that goes to chassis. think its black on the drivers side

as for the other plugs, i would have to have another look but im not about tonight and i have someone potentially buying the car tomorrow!

so good luck!
