Clunck clunck
Before you say use the search button I have tried and can't find my answer so I'm starting a thread !!!
I have developed some not nice clunking noises from the front and rear, it is only when rolling at walking pace I've recently lowered on tein springs, any ideas ?
Thanks in advance

Sounds like your suspension struts. My fronts were doing the same not so long ago, changed to BC Coilovers as standard struts from Subaru are expensive!
Search for knocking suspension and you'll find plenty of examples, it's a well known problem from what I have found.
Certainly would check your arb drop links first though as per Tommy's suggestion as they are less expensive

Hey mate, I'm having a similar problem with my 2006 wrx, on the front passenger side im sure it's either some bushes that have perished or the shock itself, a tell tale sign of a shock going Is visible oil leakage from it, mine sounds like something's loose rather than dry/rubbing, may have to take it to the garage! :/

I don't know if this is helpful, but the knocking that I had was on the front passenger side, was only noticeable at low speeds and felt like something was loose, it was a clear knock sound.
I took it to the garage and they confirmed it was the front shock. They showed me the shock once it was off the car and you could clearly make out ridges in the shock chrome surface.
Once it had been changed out there was no further knocking or issues.

I don't get any knocking when driving along, it's literally at walking pace I get a rotational clunk clunk clunk etc and I can even feel it through the pedals , it's not major but it's bugging me I hate things like this

how much have you lowered the car by? and what sort of milage is it on?
I have had before that once lowered you alter the angle of the driveshafts, and if the inner cv joints have worn, the bearings on the driveshaft will pop in and out of the grooves worn previously.
sounds like a popping/clicking noise and its they are worn really bad then it will vibrate when driving.

Front lowered by 35 rear 25 on tein springs car has covered about 85,000, if it is this what's the fix ?

To eliminate your ARB's and droplinks, undo one of the bolts on each droplink effectively letting the arbs and droplinks have no affect on your suspension and go for a drive and see if it still does it.
