Default Turbo to intercooler pipe blowing off

I changed my intercooler pipes to samco's as I suspected they might be leaking, twice now the turbo to intercooler pipe has blown off.

I tightened the jubilee clip as much as I could the second time, but its blown off again, anybody know why this keeps happening and how to prevent it?

Cheers

Its a crap jubilee clip?

Use a bit of hairspray on it and get a new clip

Cheers guys, how do you use these mikalor clamps?

Will I have to take the intercooler off to fit?
