top speed just short of 150 (ran out of road)
1/4 13.8
0-100 12.8 or something




not bad for a front wheel drive car!! Maybe everyone will stop slating me for losing 3 times out of 3 to it now (just)

How can you run out of road at Bruntingthorpe ? it has a 2.5 mile straight FFS !!!

 

not sure what legth of straight they were running on....

still.... bloody quick for a wee car... 250bhp

 

My friends RS turbo hit 150.1mph with 165hp @ wheels at brunters ....vauxhall pish - thats a hellish fast 0-60 time though for a corsa! Brunters was 2.2miles but when we used it they had a carpark at the end making it much smaller

That is quick for reference my std MY00 turbo was indicating just over 140 from a (careful) standing start before having to slow down for the right hander.

think the straight is more like 1.8/2.0 miles cause of all the cars at the bottom of the strip.

Corsa - Aye... its was for a Corsa vs Saxo day for Redline or something...... he was the fastest thing by quite a bit
top speed could have been more.... given a longer road
2nd quickest was a 215bhp 1.6 corsa
