Hi Jools
Just to confirm that Kimberley and I will be able to attend on Sunday. Kimberley was supposed to be working but is going to get the day off (again ) so she can come along.
We'll come round to yours early so we can have a look at the party photo's

Jools,
I had a thought ... from memory, the lunch venue has its carpark arranged in three tiers.
Clearly, first there will generally park closest to the entrance. The tier closest to the main road usually remains fairly empty.
We could ask Roos Leap to cone off the upper part of the carpark (nearest the road) for our exclusive use ... mainly for photos (guess what Santa brought me ... )
If you want me to speak to them, post here or mail me at work* (John and I might volunteer to do some reconnaissance on Friday night but it'd mean we'd have to have a pint )

Got another idea for a group photo. Standing by the cars? Did this before down south with some friends from the EVO forum, ok it was the summer and we wsere sitting in front of them but I'm sure standing beside them would work just as well too
Just an idea though,
AJ
