Got a chip in my front windscreen went to autowinsheild ask how long it would take to get one in stock .Then they asked me what colour of tint the front window is blue or green??????? Had a look i think it has a green tint.So i phoned subaru dealer thinking they would know.All i got was duhhhh.
Can any one help?

I thought the little symbols at the side of the window gave the coding in the lettering? Could be wrong and probably am?

 

I checked the colour of my screen when I was getting mine replaced by Autoglass.

So's they could order it up for me for next day.


Doh! I got it wrong.

Should have been green. I thought blue.

That was even after me holding a piece of white card behind it to determine colour.


Car must've had a previous replacment Blue windscreen I say.


Anyways.
You get Green , blue or a rare bronze. Apparently.

Check looking at side windows . It's easier.

 

Had my windows tinted so cant look at the side one .
Will have a check at the codeing marky-san never thought of that.

Got the windscreen on my MY00 changed recently and it was a green tint. Would be surprised if they had changed tints between an RB5 and a standard car.

My RB5 has a green tint on all windows. New windscreen fitted twice now and defo green.
