Well, if you don't ask, you don't get

I graduated 2 years ago with a BA Hons in Business Studies and have worked the last 4 years (2 while at Uni) in the Finance Department of an oil company doing systems administration for an accounting software package and corporate accounting.

Sadly, I am being made redundant at the end of the month...

Anyone know of any temp jobs in the go for Jan through to March or so? Reason being, I have applied for the Police and need something to keep me going until I find out either way as to whether I'd be accepted or not.

The work can be related to what I currently do, or something completely different such as van driving/labouring (helped with network installation as a summer job once and loved it!). Only thing is I'd like the work to be in Aberdeen or the surrounding area.

Tried all the agencies, and getting nowhere with them cos of the time of year... Thought I would just ask folk son here!! I can mail my CV to folk who may know of something.

Stick with oil companies, that's where the cash is.
