Question Golf Gt TDi

Ok guys as West Lothian Scoob knows i have been talking about selling the scoob and buying an oil burning Golf .

Question is i am looking at buying the Gt Tdi in any flavour really 115bhp/130bhp/150bhp not really bothered as i may be chipping it anyway but they all seem to be rarer than 3 pound notes so anybody seen any for sale for about £10,000 should get a good one should i not ? prefer one with 6 speed box think they all come with that after late V reg onwards ?

I would try before you buy.
Wife's 115 PD GT Tdi - great engine, awful suspension - what suspension ! (jelly in a storm) - major PITA IMHO.
I think the 130s and definitely the 150s are better but they're all very expensive for what they are.
10k should get you a 115 around X reg with 60k miles.
130s & 150s will probably be a lot more.
