I don't think I'm in the running for a serious 1/4 mile car Kev, it is a compromised, fairly comfy, quietish, air conditioned, full weight, road tyred, standard looking daily driver with compromised 6 speed gear ratios for drag, and I don't have a spare car these days, and don't really want to get one. So I'm not going to notch up the 100+ launches I would need to get my times really good because although the gearbox is strong, I don't want to keep dumping the clutch and putting 400 lbft through it having spent £4000 on gearbox, clutch, flywheel on a car only worth double that. I think T-uk is going on 18th so he should give you some sport
I'll leave you the 121 mph terminal to chase though

bad news kev , was looking forward to seeing your times. so are you running the 20g, remapped ecu and 550's?
I will probably take a run up. I have still not fitted my new clutch. I am getting rid of those fulda tyres to see if I can get under 2seconds 60 foot , the only problem is I am trying 215/45r17 tyres which may be a bit big for my power with taller UK gearing , will just need to see but traction off the line should be better if the clutch holds.
I want jb to go up and do 1/2 dozen runs , with my new tyres as I think it will see him in the high 11's. I do not think anyone else in the UK has done this with a 6 speed yet. I do not think he would need many runs as his 60foots are 1.8's anyway.

Moses, I was getting better 60' times than T-uk, but he was doing better thereafter. I take my time over changes after the launch in sympathy to the gearbox - the synchros are probably the weakest link and demand some respect.
