Shame it took a man from Suabru Assist to pursuade a certain dealership that this was the problem. However the upside is that I know that the Trackstar is working. I had a phone call from Trackstar about 2 minutes after the truck left the house with the car on it. And as they where holding it overnight as it wouldn't make it all the way to the dealership beofre they closed I got another call this morning when it set off to the dealers..
