Technician wanted for garage in Dunfermline
I am looking for an experienced technician to work on a variety of cars and motorbikes as part of a team. My workshop works on a lot of Subarus, BMWs, VAG products and Ducatis.
The person I am looking for should be competent in all aspects of modern vehicle serial & parallel diagnostics, repair, maintenance and set up.
for instance:
You'll know how to check a TPS/MAF/Lambda/CPS sensor with a scope
You'll know how to check a coil/injector by checking the current ramp
You'll know the difference between camber and castor and related set up data
You'll be able to use an 8 camera alignment machine
You'll be able to change cambelts on Subarus, Audis, Mitsubishis etc. using the correct tools
You'll have some knowledge of CANBUS systems
The garage works a 5 day week. As we prefer to have happy customers, we do not run a book time related bonus system. Salary is above average. All technicians are part of an ongoing training program, provided by Bosch.

my old car was one of those silver scoobys!!! now have a black one which has had the geometry done on job's fancy machine!! gives you a clear printout of everything you wish to know
job has also carried out a full engine swap for me recently, along with new clutch, brakes, alignment etc etc.
top boss with a very good team of excellent technicians
has my custom every time,
