Default As promised, pictures of my P1 with 19" Super Leggeras

I'm not going to post pictures on the Scotland forum as that might get me into trouble from the mods. So i'll say that pictures can be found here on Scoobynet in the Members Gallery!

Incredible looking and VERY clean too - well done Gordon!!!

How do the 19's affect the ride, tramlining etc?

To be honest, I don't really notice tram lining or anything at all, maybe a wee bit stiffer. Thanks for all the comments, much appreciated.

Steve

What were you doing on South Street Glasgow? That's my bit of turf! Nobody stomps in there without asking me!

You're right, I am thinking of selling it only to get another scoob. Maybe a 22B or a WR1, who knows what S & S can get for me!

The car's sitting well at the moment, just missing the STI rear lenses, front and side clear indicators and a loud exhaust. So if I don't sell it, that's what I'm going to do (maybe also a GEMS ECU, TD05/06 turbo, Apexi boost controller, uprated fuel regulator and a few other bits and bobs springs to mind as well )

Hey wrx "Mr Thread - Hijacker " mania .. The zorst has been sold !

Hi Gordon ..

I must have a twin ( PERISH THE THOUGHT ! ) as I wasn't anywhere near South St ?!? Must be setting a such a good standard of taste that someone has copied me ! . If I was , I'm sure I'm allowed on your turf as being a fellow scoob owner , doesn't that give me a lifetime entitlement ?

See u around ( S+S probably )

Strange that, he must have copied your looks (not pretty ) and also cloned your number plate then? Didin't say it was today, I think it was sometime last week?

And as for the suspension, P1s suspension is lower than standard but it's standard suspension setup on my P1, if you know what I mean

Gordon, Can you recommend a good (competitive?) supplier for OZ's? I was thinking of either Leggeras or Turismos.
Cheers,
Stuart.

If i see your "twin" again, I'll speak to you/him/whoever And yes, you can come on my turf as long as you've got a scoob. Trying to get John from S & S to get me a WR1 or a 22B

highlustre2004: I would say the best bet is to contact Motorsport Wheels direct. They are OZ distributers for Scotland and can get you almost any OZ wheel. Better still, find a friend in the trade and then go to Motorsport Wheels and get trade discount!

Hi Dave

Haven't seen you for a while. Aye, it was kept under cover as I was too embarrassed to bring the car out. Only came out when I have no cars to use! That was probably the only day it was out and you saw me!

Motorsport Wheels has a base in Glasgow, just phone "118 118" or you might even find them on the net.

Steve

Saw you this morning driving through on the M77, how can you miss the big white van!
