Default Alloy Wheel Repairer in Scotland Required.................................

Hi

Can someone recommend a place to repair/refurb a set of 18" Nismo alloys? One of them is buckled (slightly) and the other is leaking. But I'd rather get all 4 done so they'll look the same.

Thanks

Gordon

Gordon, ESP in Glasgow are good and good value. Trevor is the owner. I've had many sets of rims done there, inc. welding/straightening.

Scotty

Carrick Engineering doesn't do 3 piece split rims m8. They can't re-seal them after they split them, already tried them.

Coatech don't do split rims either so there goes them. Not sure about ESP. I think I've tried them (in paisley?) Ended up with a place near Airdrie...Ok job but still looking for someone to do it right.

The rim itself has been welded so i think they'll always be a slight buckle (where the weld is). The main problem is getting all 3 pieces to reseal after they have been taken apart. Some has mentioned gaskets, and some has mentioned silicon sealant as found in bathrooms!!!!!!

Hmmmm, the search goes on.........

Dunno if this mob will be any good to you, worth a shot maybe? They are based in Livingston (never used them myself)

Cheers Oobster

I'll give them a shot. They can only say no!! lol!

BTW

Did you get your red scoob from S & S Services in Ayr? It's just that the rear spoiler you have on your car looks familiar.........

Yip thats the one!

Was looking at it around that time but opt to go scooby free for a couple of years. Now I'm back looking at them again!!!!!!!!

It was the very distinctive spoiler. Not seen any about on any other scoobs. Actually looks cleaner now than when it was sitting on the forecourt!!!
