Question

Guys...

Couple of days a go, having returned home from work, my keyfob failed to lock the car. I used my spare set to do the job instead. Then swapped sets to allow me to use the car...Thinking it was battery failure.

I noticed the LED on the faulty fob flashed six times when the button was pressed instead of once. 'Figured it meant low battery.

£20 on batteries for both sets, and still the same problem!

Has my poorly fob been zapped by some strong signal for good? Will a dealership be able to reset it?

What does the mysterious 6-flash mean?

Maybe I should read the manual...

Cheers,
Squizz.
