As above, had my car on a trailer today and covered 4 miles without the keys in the ignition, and guess what, no call from trackstar to tell me your car is moving sir, illegally?.

got on the blower to them, where they stated to me that the unit has possibly been fitted upside down, lol. they can still locate the car, but just cant tell me when its been nicked. great?

i am waiting at present for a call back to arrange an engineer to have a look.

any of you guys experienced something similar.

not me mate, but i'd be after some compensation if i was paying a subscription for a serive i wasnt recieving...
