Mitsubishi Galant VR - 4 info
AS above.. yes I know its the dark side but always like the look of these.
basically mate of mine is working away and has seen one tucked away at a car dealers. bodywork looks mint. not sure if it even runs but could be a nice project depending on what condition engine etc is in..
has anyone owned one or had and experience with them?
presuming from the engines in them they can be tuned quite well?

i had the estate galant vr-4 for a few weeks was just so thirsty! mine was auto tho still went like hell tuning it wasnt that easy but think thats the auto box holding it back

mine was a 97, pretty standard , was lovely to drive and made alot of noise was like a missile! handled pretty good too
I had to sell my 97 wrx to buy a house and this came up kinda cheap and i swapped my vectra v6 sri for it,

It'll be fine until something goes wrong... then parts/ finding someone that knows a lot about them is going to be a nightmare.
Had a similar dilemma my self last year when looking for something interesting to drive, ended up buying a MK1 Golf because parts and knowledge are both plenty full.
It's alright buying a 25/35 year old car if they have a decent following... but I'd never go for something that's as rare as rocking horse poo with diamond studs in it.... which is probably why it's parked up doing nothing.
