could well be an NI car just which wont show up on MOT checker websites

and we have a more strict MOT than mainland generally as its run by government MOT centres and not local garages

Sorry to drag up an old thread but it seems that twelve months on (and nearly a 2k price increase) this car is still doing the rounds! I too was interested in the car until I found that it only has one MOT on record.

For such a low mileage (and supposedly just 300miles in the last 4 years!!!!), immaculate example, it seems odd to have a turbo timer and non-Prodrive exhaust fitted. Not the sort of things a person buying this car would fit.

What is interesting is that they have a print out of MOT history for the reg X25 LAH - now on a Fiat Doblo. Not the most obvious replacement for an Impreza.

I have come to the conclusion that if it looks and smells fishy, it is! Just wanted to thank the original poster on this thread, clearly this vehicle is doing the rounds and presumably has some stories to tell...
