Default New owner - in need of engine!

I am hoping someone out there can help me. I have bought a year 2000 Classic Turbo 2000, that is in need of a new engine.
I have tried a few places but to no avail, does anyone know of a good engine for sale at the moment? I am happy to come and pickup
Cheers, Sean

I was hoping around £500-600, but will spend £800-900 for a good one

It has just been rebuilt by the previous owner, but slipped its timing by 180 degrees and no longer has compression. I have spoken to a couple of Subaru specialists and they have suggested a swap would be the most cost effective way of getting it back on the road
