After speaking to Ron we felt it was a good idea to have another combined meet.
So the date will be the 12th May (Monday) at the Queens head in Burley from 7:45 onwards.
Lets see if we can fill the public car park behind the pub.
See you soon
Paul.

Cheers Paul,
At least this way I don't have to decide where to take the 'motly' Dorset mob next month, seeing as this is an evening meet, there should be plenty of space in the car park.
Ron.

Sounds good
...this time I have to meet all the Dorset lot properly, last time we were a bit useless and couldn't find them all 'till the end
Oh - and remember they don't take cards!

yeh, Mill Lane couldnt fit them in time(need them for Colerne Sprint early May, just to put the car to real use) so went with Sparshatts, well see how they go. The guy on the phone was a bit miserable, but he wont be fitting them so thats ok
And at that point the mods stop.........have decided anything else just isnt worth it(thought about the remap, but its lots of money and Id rather put the cash towards my next car to be honest) Planning on chopping it in this time next year, will have done 50k by then which seems a sensible time to get rid of.
At which point I will buy a......................
will it be
1) a house
2) another crazy jap car
3) a tarts car that seats no more than 2 people
4) sod all cos Ill be on the dole again

I vote "2" ...but I know you really want "3"!
We've come to the same conclusion now Scooby is perfect for me so that's it for a while...time to pay of the credit cards and save up for that Honeymoon which is currently only 10 months late, lol!

When i say cheap and old i mean cheap and old!! About £5k is all i'm looking to spend at the mo (if i spend any more i'll need to work 30 hours a day and that ain't gonna happen )
I doubt that you'd want to part with yours for that kind of cash and i wouldn't really expect you to (unless it's done a million or so miles!!)
As for a comedown from an RB5 i don't intend the interior being in there that long to be honest so it matters not!
Having said all that i will probably end up with something sensible and non-scooby like for the summer anyway!

Ron,
Thanks for keeping me in mind. With regards to my car,I have someone interested in it for 7k,but he is thinking of in a couple of months time. But I might be looking at either an STI V or an STI VI type RA in the near future,so I will see what happens.
Duncan,
My car has aprox 63,000 mls on it,so yes £5,000 is a little less than what i'm hoping to get..The car has been well looked after, apart from the odd thrashing when trying to keep up with newer scoobies and modified ones
And a free BTTT for the actual proper topic!!!
