Hello mates, I need to talk to one of you about my sticking starter motor.
I need to fit a replacement fairly soon, is it an easy DIY job?
Im also on the trail of FC Defencer and fuel pump/regulator and need to pick your respective brains.
I realise you prolly on holiday now but can you get in touch asap.

removal of starter from what i can see is 2 bolts..

just remove batt + lead before you start...

remove wires from starter solenoid and remove unit...

before you replace.... check


are the brushes worn... commutator crapped up solenoid sticking...


somtimes just a clean of these components will suffice
