You guys may take the pi$$ out of me driving an old winter hack in the shape of a 1.1 Fiesta but, while you're all trying to find your Scoobs under a mountain of salt, grit and road grime, mine is sat gleaming in the garage waiting for the sping sunshine!!

Well worth getting up early for the (cold) start down in the gardens/Pier approach. Some cars don't get beyond this point, like the Integrale that took out a small metal fence and most of its running gear last year.
You can usually catch one or two forest stages easily enough afterwards but they do sting you for a £10 parking permit at some places(like the tarmac stage over near matchams) whereas a little local knowledge will get you right near the action for free.

don't go to Wareham Forest expecting to see the Rally, they haven't been that way for a few years, but when they did it was brilliant.
Ron,
ps, I'll be there on the 16th!

Sorry all,
I've posted up a meet that I now can't make due to unforseen circumstances.
I'll give Duncan the go-karting info to pass round to see how much interest we can generate.
See you all next month.
Chris

Hi all,
Sadly I now won't be able to make it either, a friend is going to live in Tenerife and she's having a leaving 'do' that night, only just found out, apart from anything else, I'd rather spend the night with her than you lot. (if you know what I mean)
Ron.

I've been to the rally in years past, and it's a good crack. It's also quite easy to watch a bit of all the stages.
Haven't been to it for a few years, but I assume it hasn't changed much. i.e. b'mouth, wareham forest, ferndown forest (or whatever it's called), and a final (?) hack through the winter gardens.....
