Bushey High Rd- Police ANPR check strt 7pm
Anyone going through Bushey/Stanmore towards Watford, be careful. Herts police have just set up full ANPR vans for road tax etc & speed checks & general random car checks. Started at 7pm today Fri 15th Aug, will probably go on till night. They also come round onto The Common Rd going up to A411/A41 leading to M1, which is actually not Herts area (Middx) but they stand on a side rd in Herts border & pull drivers over!!

You don't have to worry about APNR, because it just reads your number plate to check you're taxed, insured and MOT'd which I'm sure you all are
Now speed checks, that's a different matter!

Why dont they get the real criminals who deal drugs mug the elderly molest kids and so on.
OK if someone is tanking along at 70mph in a 30mph near a school or hospital area then they need treatment to correct their mentality.
Does 3 points or 6 points make a difference ? 9 points panic time
For those who do not have road tax they also do not have insurance in the eyes of the law so if they hit someone there is no cover for your damage.
Its good to check on them to keep everyone protected and covered in case of accident i feel
Most here pay more money for mods to the cars so i feel no excuse for no tax or insurance
