Yes, it's that time of the month again
The Date: Friday 22nd March (next Friday)
The Time: 19:45 onwards
The Place: The Woodman in Ide Hill. A map can be found here
All welcome. I've spoken to Paul and he's going to try and reserve some spaces for us.
NOTE: If you wish to eat then please get there early. Paul said that he's got a function for 33 people who are sitting down to eat at 8pm, so there might be a wait for food if you don't get your order in early.
For any newbies coming, I shall be wearing my blue scoobynet t-shirt, and I look like this:
not the best photo but gives you an idea of what kind of nutter to look for.

Was suggested by a few people that Friday nights might be better so it switched to Friday, might switch back later on in the year, maybe not.
If people want to take a vote on what day then go ahead.

sorry, i definately cant make it.... friday nights are v bad nights for me with going home... but that evening i shall be mostly going out of the lash work do.
does that mean i am doomed never to be able to make a scoobysnacks meet again?
ps how come your changed your logon name?

Re the login name. Well, i changed the email address in my profile, which means it sends you a new password. Thing is, the email never turned up, probably for the same reason that the 'email notification' feature is not working. There is a thread on 'general' about it and I've emailed SDB, cos I really like my old username.

As said before, if people want to vote on a day change, fine.
Or, maybe, just maybe, with someone's approval, I could do two meets one on a thursday, one on a friday, either in the same week, or a week apart? or is that over kill?
Trying to avoid having scoobysnacks on same week as sussex meet, just to stop people going to one or other instead of both!

Personally I like a Friday because...
- I don't have to get up a 0600 the next morning
- I can drink all the Coke I want without having to worry about the hangover the next day
- the new series of Friends and ER are on a Thursday
- it's Friday!

Hi all, just got my Scoob last Saturday, was interested in finding some local owners for a meet. 'Markus' pointed me here after talking to him about the Bolney meet. Might pop along if newbie's are welcome! Can't say for sure yet but hopefully should be able to. Also any of you going to Bolney?

initiation is, well, that would be telling, suffice to say it involves rubber gloves and goose fat
of course I could be joking.
Meet is a very social one, we meet, eat, drink (soft drinks of course), and talk about a certain jap car, dunno which one though
it's a great laugh, the pub is excellent as well.

I can't make it now due to working late in London next Friday [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] however I am still going to Bolney tomorrow leaving Tunbridge Wells at 10.30 with 2 other scoobys.
