SOUNESS OUT

Overall yet another Toon self destruct game with laughable defending costing us dearly.

No Shearer, Owen, Carr or Taylor though, not that would have helped with our record at Stamford Bridge

Roll on the Toffee's next week.

We do seem to score a few against you at home, wonder why that is?

Fancied you wouldn't of scored without Shearer and Owen

chelsea got lucky, it's only because the referee missed his appointment at specsavers the previous day that a penalty was not awarded...

that aside crespo is still proving the doubters wrong

I looked to me that Bowyer was only appealing for a corner, no other Newcastle players seemed to be calling for a pen.
Anyway 3-1, 3-0 still back to winning ways

It looked to me that Bowyer was already on his way down, but if thats the way the ref saw it he should have booked him, as the old adage goes

I think it was the second penalty shout for handball that the ref missed.
Mind you haven't seen the game so can't really comment, though it was the same blind ref that missed Shearer being elbowed in the face right in front of him
