I can't remember ever seeing a Newcastle team play as bad as that absolute rubbish last night, and I can't blame anybody else but Souness. A back four with only one player in his proper position? I know there is injury problems, particularly in defence, but if he'd played Elliott at left back, Ramage at centre half and Solano at right back there is only arguably Solano out of position but he played right back for Peru! And don't get me started on the shape, tactics, organisation, passion....
I'm really not looking forward to going to the match on Saturday.

well fat fred looked far from happy. 4 5 1 formation? what the ****? big al's 35 not 25 cant be expected to run around like a 25year old ffs i know we've been unlucky with injuries but as the tv pundids say we fielded £50million worth of tallent(i use tallent loosely ther ) just to add was a dodgy goal once again but that excuse is wearing VERY thin now
