Played Saturday football for the past 10 years (played sundays as well). Train on a Weds so don't have time to go watch but intend to once I quit playing which I hope is not for a good few years!

Now Arsenal are moving to the Emirates I hope to go many times a year now. Should be easier, no change that, 'less difficult' to get tickets with an extra 21'000 seats each match!!

Thank god, I "should" be watching Champs League games next season assuming we either beat Barca in the final or if we lose, winning the qualifier against whoever that may be.

Onwards and upwards for the Arsenal!! First trip to the Emirates, Bergy's testimonial. Should be a fun day, and a great opener for the fantastic new stadium.

Have you tried to get tickets?

Even I have been to highbury...and sat in the home stand.

Not difficult if you really want to go.

Go the mighty Aston Villa - used to have a season ticket in the Holte End, when I started refereeing it got in the way of the games. So ended up taking up refereeing and watching the Villa when the two timetables didn't clash.

Go to as many games as a student loan will allow at Old Trafford (indeed, was there today). Just waiting to find out if I've been successful in getting a ST...

Used to go to Old Trafford as a single bloke a few years back. Since I moved down here I occasionally go now and again. Not the cost or the ticket availability, it's the whole day gone with travel and when you have kids it is tough.

6 years ago perhaps! Things have moved on alot since the days when Aston Villa were managed by John Gregory.

When did I say that I haven't been? I've been twice, Charlton in the Premier league and Lyon in the champs league. Won the first, drew the second.

For all home prem and CL matches, tickets are available first to Gold members, then silver, then red. If you get a chance to get tickets you've done well. This season, the only time tickets went on sale to general public was the womens FA Cup mathces. Being a red member I had no chance of any home tickets.

Now we're in the Emirates, concurrent to that I'll up my membership and go several times a year. realistically I'd like to go to 4 or 5 home games next season.

Ahh yes, nice one!!!

For me to have attended the hospitality package I would have had to

A. Pay for the girlfriend to become a red member.

B. Paid for BOTH of us to go to the match with hospitality.

C. Transport for both of us to and from Highbury.

All in, would have been knocking on the door of £800. I guess in some peoples eyes that doesn't make me a "real" fan. Very easy for people to say that when they support clubs that charge a tenner for a ticket and their idea of hospitality is giving you an umbrella.

What game and when was it that you got tickets easily for?

As a TRS (Silver) member i find it far from easy getting hold of tickets.

Season Ticket holder at Boundary Park from 1984/85 season to 1993, was lucky enough to see the glory days for us too. Moved away from Oldham now so struggle to get to games but usually do about 2 home games a season and 15 away games. (those within reasonable travelling distance etc)

Season ticket over Westham for the last 5 seasons, albeit shared the last two seasons and paid to go to exra games.

More than happy with our return to top flight, unfortunately we have gifted the gooners. as if we was going to roll over for Spurs, chyeah right

A Gooner friend is going on Wednesday to pic his seats at the Emirates for his season tickets, that he's been on a 2 year waiting list for.

Home and away season ticket holder at Chelsea. Managed 34 league games this season, missing two through work, and two through illness/injury.

Been going since 1972 so seen some bad times as well as the good.
