If you was a manager what would you do
with players coming out with things like this
Sky Sports | Football | News | N'Zogbia refusing to play
personally id let him sit out his contract in the reserves, Wenger wont buy him as he never buys trouble makers. look how quickly pennant got shipped out.
SAF controled situation with ron well.

Sad reflection on football I would say, teams can't afford to put players in the reserves the way wages are now. Remember when P V Hoijdonk did the same, in the long it didn't do him any favours.

The guys an idiot (N'Zogbia, not JFK this time ) i don't understand how he thinks this will help him move, he has a too high opinion of him self. Let him rot in the reserves, hes too much of a disruption on the rest of the team.

As a fan, Id say let him rot. As a manager, real life situ says sell. Free up the budget for wages etc to bring someone else in. If hes unhappy regardless of if hes playing or not get rid. A happy player is a good player. A player with things on his mind should not be on the pitch.
Ive recently walked away from my club. Im annoyed with the managerial decisions etc and feel theyre not taking any advice or thoughts from the players involved. Im not making a fuss and disrupting the team, Im just walking away now and I'll sit the rest of the season out. Gonna kill my match fitness but thats something Im gonna have to take

Sell
I'd offload him ASAP.
Or i'd get the lads to give him the bar of soap in the wet towel treatment, when he's in the shower. Knock some of the attitude out of him, he'd play well the next game for sure.

And here's Charlie linked with Asrenal et al
Good deal for someone who's been wanting away for sometime although he is a class player and young age as well.
Good luck to the lad, no doubt he'll get the boo boy's going net time he's in the Toon.

I'd make him play in the under 9's youth team. Then take the nets down after the game. And take the kit home to wash. Then help with all the lads homework, and his wages would be based on performance related, on all the above.
