seem to remember a thread relating to WRX 03 foglight covers being available from a Scooby dealer (not Scoobyworld) that fitted very easily and came in WR Blue. STI ones??
I've done a search and can't seem to find the original thread, anyone got the info and a Subaru part number? Price was about £60 I think.
Thanks,
Andy.

Andy,
I've been hunting these down for a while too. Spoke to IM directly on Friday and they gave me the part number (which i've left in work - sorry). However the price was 55.70 each plus vat, making a pair about 140ish. Let me know if you find them cheaper but this seems to be the RRP.
Cheers,
Matt

Part description: Cover Fog STI RHN & LHN
Part number: 57731FE300PG (RHS)
Part number: 57731FE310PG (LHS)
I bought a pair from Keith Price - Abergavenny in July this year, 60 quid plus vat with 5 pounds discount off that for the pair. Total bill 64.63
I think you are being misled. I had the same jackanory from CVC prior to going to KP, as well as being told initially that they weren't compatible with the WRX bumper. It's good to see that they know their product.

Thanks for the info. Is that price supplied with them in WR Blue and do they come with STI logo on them or blank?
I assume you remove the light surround which just pulls out and fit the STI one instead? Any info appreciated or an e-mail as per profile if you want to add more info off-line.
Plenty of good pics of them on www.555club.com
Many thanks,
Andy.

The part numbers quoted by GMM are correct. I did a Google search using the part numbers and found them on www.vividracing.com @ $65.00 each (£40ish). Shows them in 4 colours with STI logo's and says direct from factory in Japan. Even lists to fit WRX/STI, just a pain if you have to pull the cover off to use your fogs and stick the WRX surround back in to make it look OK.
Would swapping them to and fro cause any wear and tear damage etc?

It's ten minutes job without any damage to the colour (even if you want to take off the fogs), you can replace them also after the installation with the fog lights very easy! Don't forget to seal the electrical connectors as the covers have some space and water can cause you problems.

Gary,
Thanks for the reply, very useful (see below).
Andy,
Spoke to the guy in the parts dept at Keith Price and he confirmed the price was 55.70 plus vat each as he had just been invoiced by IM. when i mentioned Gary's purchase from them in July they rang Subaru to query the price. Turns out that IM have been overcharging for these items and the correct price is around thirty quid each. just ordered a pair which should be in stock within a day or two. found Keith price to be extremely helpful and will probably travel an extra few miles for future services as a result.
hth,
Matt.

Jim,
I take it there is no problem to leave the lights in place and put the covers on once you have removed the WRX03 surround bit with the air vent in the top corner which actually does nothing as it's solid behind the vents!
Looked like 3 screws/bolts to remove the light which I don't want to do.
Andy.

You are right but don't forget to turn off your fogs otherwise you'll burn the covers!
I prefer to take off the lights just to be safe as front-rear light switches are very close!
