crystal cast is a spandex product using a two pack mix through a hand pumped or machine fed gun that is designed to be applied to precut vinyl decals giving them depth.. and a cool effect.
i can make them but u may find a company called "liquid art" might be cheaper...i have the kit but the mix has a shelf life of only 3months and i only order it in if i have a specific job on..
if u have a square bit with a logo on your computer and looks like a bubble, thats the effect u get..
