Underbody neons
#1
Now I know that some of you may not like the underbody neons, but each to thier own.
My STi PPP arrives end of this month and I want to fit it with some green underbody glow.
Anyone know how I can source the kit, how much and if it's easy enough for a simpleton like me to fit.
Thanks.

scooby tc which part of each to there own don't you understand???
if you wanna be a sheep thats fine, because thats what you want. but if you don't and you wanna do somethink that the majority don't like thats fine to, because thats what you want. thats the whole point of modifying on the styling side - INDIVIDUALISM

Modifying on the styling side and underbody neons should no way be in the same sentence.I totaly agree with scooby tc.Neons are sad as ****.

you don't like em, like a lot of people, so don't fit em to your car. but why slate a bloke for havin the bottle to do somethink he likes, knowing it will get a reaction? the thread wasn't an opinion poll on neons, it was about sourcing them.
and no i don't have any on my ride

My mate fitted neons to his car (not a Scoob, obviously)
But then he's also fitted those funny little go faster blue light fings that they fit to the water squirters, funny blue neon tube fings inside the car that light up his face when he's driving.
Oh and i nearly forgot, NOS too. Which if you ask him what the best thing about it is, he'll tell you it's the little jets under the wheel arch that go Pssssst when he presses the button in the car, he's beside himself everytime he presses it

While I'm here "band wagen"
Try bandwagon.
No wonder call centres are being located to India, they probably command better English than most here.

Guys come on, if he wants to fit neons then it's up to him, surely? OK they are not to everyones taste, but it's no reason to lay into him. He was just asking about where to get them, that's all.
No I don't have neons, but I do have a Flamer kit

To all o f you with the bottle to be different...
GOOD FOR YOU
if you wanted to be a sheep you would have bought a normal motor, like a mundano or some crap like that. Have the courage to do what makes you happy and ignore the naysayers.

can someone pls point scoobynutta555 in the right direction, as he seems to be a tad bit lost, ya see scoobynutter555 this is actually scooby related site (kinda does exactly what is says on the tin!). dictionary-club-net (and you think neons are sad!) is just a few clicks away! if only your navigational skills where as good as your english. so the only thing you picked fault with my post was my english, does this mean you agree with my post?!
i do not apoligise for any grammer, spelling or typographical errors, nor for not using a dictionary. because i'm a SCOOBY ENTHUSIAST and not an dictionary clubber

I think they look nice. Was thinking of some aqua ones for my silver MY01 STi but the people that slate them are putting me off.
Then again what is the age of the people that don't like em?
Im "betting" the age could be over 30+ so i guess they are seen as a "quote" Max power buy.
So easy to label the youngsters or some as "Max Power" when you are old and have forgotton what times were like when insurances were sky high and you had to mod a car to have one that looked decent.
Not all people have 5+ years no claims and are over 30.
Anyway good on ya and they look nice, just watch those bumps.
