Can anyone please tell me what these covers screw into...

if there the same idea as on the 01my> then you should have got a pair of brackets included. On mine i removed the bottom corner bolt for the foglight, put the bracket there and replaced the bolt so the bracket was sticking out with a screw thread showing. A screw then went through the hole in the cover into the bracket
