Default STi Spoiler

Hi, I've read all the discussion about replica spoilers. I've been looking at US Subaru website, called NASIOC.com, where they are selling used, or secondhand genuine spoilers (wings) some with the matching colour of your car.

Has anyone tried this, shipping from the states ? Any experiences "out there" ??

See this link

Have shipped from the states and Japan a few times with no problems although it was from actual shops. Bear in mind that you will have to pay any vat and custom charges that could and probably will be added when it arrives on these shores before you can get the goods. Even though it will still work out cheaper than buying in this country. Sometimes if you get whoever it is that is sending the goods to mark it as a gift you can escape the charges.

One example I have is a set of 4 Work Emotion 18x7.5 wheels, cost in this country £1100 + £50 p&p Total= £1150

From the states $1200 + $200 shipping = $1400 approx £700 + charges £125 = Total £825

Saving £225

I got a better looking spoiler than that for sale And you wouldn't have to have it shipped from the states.

A better spoiler? I don't think so, have you seen the gap in the passenger side side on photo you could park a bike in it. He might save on shipping but he will have to pay for spraying.

Thats my point you are trying to sell it, so make it look good. Would you buy it looking as it does in the pics.
