Default Removing orange vents from bumper

As the title says really. How are the orange grill/vent type things under the front indicators held into the classic facelift front bumper?
Do people remove these completey or spray them up and put them back in?
Thanks ..Lee

Hammered them out from the back. Spray them, and then just clip back in. Job done
