Default paint peeling

Any advice on this would be great

On my bonnet I guess that the scooby classic paint is a base colour with a top lacquer coat?

Anyway I assume some little ****** has sat on the corner in jeans as the lacquer has got a few cut lines and has started peeling away.

Is this repairable or does it need a bonnet re-spray?

Either way anyone recommend someone in herts who can do the work?

Cheers

If it was me sorting out the paintwork, i'd feather back the paint and hi build prime it. then paint the bonnet and blend the two wings. (depending on the colour). chips away or somebody similar maybe able to do it but in my opinion their work doesn't hold up very well and the paint fades quickly. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the replies

is that Apsley in beds? not heard of it but googled it.

Any rough guesses on a cost for the paint works as you've described?
