only the material used for the flaps, our 'standard' ones are made of PVC, our 'Premium' ones use polyurethane (same thickness but stiffer).
Brackets and fixing kit is identical

I fitted some of our carbon fibre ones today,.. will get better "finished off" photos soon as the weather was crap..
Basically very straight forward, The front can be done with the wheel on but its make live a lot easier to take it off.
Front
Make sure the area is clean
The plastic screws bolt in as show
Then you insert the bolt and nut to the middle hole, this holds the bracket to the flap
You will then need to bend the end of the bracket slightly to and the last screw goes into a small hole already in the arch
Rear
You can pre fit the parts , makes no difference -
