Default Anyone repainted the wiper ARMS?

Mine are looking a bit shabby, I wondered if they need to be sprayed or can they just be brush painted with satin black?

Doesn't that involve heat? Mine have plastic covers over the bolts, iirc.

No powder coating doesnt involve any heat. You can either have them dry powder coated or wet powder coated.

Just painted mine with high temperature matt black spray from Halfords, looks like new now, great colour match as it's not too black.

Yeah funny that when you have a really nice car people will go to the nth degree to find the smallest of faults on it and not mention anything nice about it

ha ha its about right! plenty of projectile vomiting..

Just mates passing the odd comment 'think you need some new wiper blades!' 'whats wrong with your wipers?' etc rather than actually noticing the things that are positive! I'll get round to them someday..

Doing mine at the weekend. Very easy. Remove wipers, clean.
Rub down any marks with wet and dry.
Then spray a light coat of satin black hammerite.
Leave to dry
Repeat with second coat
Leave to dry
Refit wipers, stand back and admire

What is hard about that ?

Not hard, no.

DO place strips of masking tape along the windscreen where the wiper BLADES sit before removal, then they go back exactly where they were

Not quite sure what you think powder coating is
Its a process that involves electrostatically charging the item and spraying powder to which has the opposite (I think) charge. The powder is then attracted to the item being coated causing it to stick. The item is then placed in an oven (hot) to bake, curing the powder, ususally to a high gloss finish, but afaik matt and satin finishes can be acheived.
