Help please led brake light problem
Hi all....
Any help would be greatfully received...
About 6 years ago I purchased a High level STI spoiler for my 02 STI Impreza, I got it from a company called DR Motorsport - back in the day this was the spoiler to get - was made of very good material and had a clear brake light with red led's in it.. the led brake light is held in with 2 screws so is easy to take out if needed...
This was the best non oem spoiler available and thats why I got it but the led's in the light have now started to fail, I have contacted DR Motorsport but there are no replacements available now as designs of spoilers change from year to year..
Can anyone help me out where I could possibly get a replacement led lamp from or if anyone has a spare lamp from one of these spoilers they would sell me?
many thanks all...
Andy

You MIGHT pick one up on e-bay, but being as how those spoilers are rare, maybe not
Can you get the brake-light to bits? If so, it wouldn't be that hard to solder in a whole new set of LEDs.
If it looks glued, try a heat gun or hairdryer to melt the glue.

S8
E9
