I've e-mailed the guy about that very splitter and he says he bought it for his blob but never had it fitted but didn't know for sure has it has no manufacturer markings

To me it looks like a hawk one but the tabs to mount it to the bumper have broken off and it has no holes in it for fitting. He was told just to use tiger seal to fit it apparently

IMO it's for a Hawk, but is broken

Just reread my comment, what has happened to my English? Hopefully you could work out what I was trying to write.

I may be wrong but that is what I think

I do like that, but would like to know if it'll fit with the sti winglets.

What about plastidip rather than paint?

Thought you could get it in any finish tbh. What about getting it dipped by a company such a Hydrotek? Search HYDROtek custom coatings on google or Facebook if you're on there

I think the level on interest will depend on cost.
Would you be making them from scratch or just copying that version? The only reason I ask is I, and presumably others, wouldn't be too pleased about having to put holes in the winglets to attach them. They would definitely sell better if they only attached from underneath the car, IMO

also if you made from scratch i imagine it would be cheaper than having to buy the splitter then have it done in carbon. i would defo be interested though i was going to buy one this week and get it dipped in a couple of months but may wait for your ideas and prices first :-D

Hi Kev,

I want one of these on my car and dont fancy putting holes in the winglets so I will change it so that it fits from the underneath. Its not an issue we have done it before with other splitters. Prices I am not 100% on till we get the splitter in but looking at it, it doesnt look much bigger than the MR2 ones we do. Prices for them are £149.99 FRP and £239.99 in Carbon.

We might be able to beat the price its just an estimate going off the photo. Carbon interior will be priced up and photos taken of the installs in a couple of weeks. I'll upload everything to our website once it is installed

To be honest, I'd prefer it without the little wing things if you were making some adjustments, or at least a different shape, those ones look a bit bulky for me. This might also make them a little cheaper due to less materials used?

Ok mate leave it with me I might get a blobeye and hawkeye splitter then start modding them so what I'll have at the end will be the same splitters plus another 'raised' one with no sides for both cars
