Default 2005 sti type uk ppp (widetrack)

With great regret it's time to sell my widetrack sti , the reason for sale is a forged hawkeye project that I've just undertaken and I can't keep both cars , in going to use the cash from the sale of this to put into the new project along with some house refurb on a house I've just bought

So onto the car , I'll list some key points first then move onto a more detailed description

2005 sti type uk ppp (with certificate)
69k
Full service history
Mot November 2014 (Irish)
Tax September 2014
Cambelt done 42k with receipt
Dccd
Viper 480xv pager cat 1 alarm

BODYWORK

The car is in excellent all round condition , it's straight down the sides , the paint has a good depth of shine and there's very little in the way of marks etc , few small stone chips (front end mainly) and the bonnet has at some point had a blow over , but overall I would describe the car as excellent for the year and mileage , especially when compared to some of the tat available on the market ATM

INTERIOR

The interiors is very tidy , the seats are clean , free of stains , no rips , no tears etc and next to no wear on bolsters , the dash is clean and tidy with only the odd surface mark and everything works exactly as it should , dccd works 100% with no issues or dash lights , aircon is ice cold etc , the only thing to note is that the head unit is fairly average , it's a kenwood touch screen DVD sat nav thingy with a remote , I can't figure out how to use all the functions etc but the radio works and that's all I've ever needed or wanted , maybe it's just me

MECHANICS

The car runs very well , feels tight and pulls very very well , strong in every gear with no issues at all , no blue smoke from cold or hot , no boost issues , uses no oil at all and all gears engage exactly how they should , the clutch is fine with no slipping and the front brakes were recently replaced (discs and pads 500 miles ago) the only thing that needs doing is rear anti roll bar bushes , when the car was in having the brakes done my mechanic pointed out that the bushes were shot and showed me the movement in the bar , he quoted £40 but I've not got round to doing it , just want be be as honest as possible , the rear shocks were rebuilt in December last year along with its most recent service (photos of service book below) , there's a k&n typhoon fitted and also a forge recirc/dump valve, original air box will come with the car

Overall the car is superb , has been super reliable in its time with me and I'll be very sad to see it go

A very clean , genuine car with good history , very reasonable mileage for the year and not the usual abused example that seems to come up , these are getting harder to come by now and I think you will be fairly hard pushed to find another in this condition for the price bracket

I'm asking £8495 for the car

Going to a dealer , but tbh members had the chance at a decent price , now it will more than likely be up for more than £10k in a couple of weeks
