Forged Hawk 2006 type UK Andy Forrest mapped

Unfortunately looking to sell my beloved Impreza due to much nagging from the fiance and to free up some cash.
The car is in excellent condition, very clean with no problems at all and almost no blemishes.
I Bought the car in August for £12k from Autoecosse with 74k miles.
The engine was fully forged engine by Ultimate Speed at 61k with Cosworth pistons, K1 rods, Cosworth head gaskets, ACL bearings and studs and RCM oil pump.
EGR deleted, Air pump deleted, tumble valve flaps removed, full 3" decatted milltek system with afterburner vortex backbox I had fitted a couple of weeks ago, still have the original milltek backbox to come with car. AEM Short ram air intake. STI splitter, perrin wing stiffies, red slam panel, I recently changed pink badges to blue original Subaru ones. Still have the pink sti badge and a screw on tow bar with the car. It also has a perrin short shifter and competition clutch.
I put in a new walbro fuel pump when I bought it as well as full check / service from RA Motorsports. They were amazed at how clean the car is and have had various dealings with the car and I'm sure Andy at RA could vouch for its condition.
I had it up to Andy Forrest and road mapped to around 370hp and 390 torque with switchable 1 bar and 1.5 bar maps. Also has launch control and auto blip down shift.
Car also has turbosmart *blow off valve.
I fitted Tein Flex z coilovers fitted about 1000 miles ago which i think are just bed in, set at middle setting, current settings similar to sti shocks. Laser geo done by RA and set up to prodrive settings.
Car also had 4 new Uniroyal Rainsport 3's about 1000 miles ago which are excellent in current conditions.
Car is blisteringly quick yet surprisingly great cruiser in 6th returning around 30mpg.
Have had all work carried out by RA who I trust and believe they know what they are doing and to be honest I would want them to check over any car I was interested in buying before any offers made. (If someone looking to px Subaru)
I think the asking price is more than fair for a fully forged hawk in this condition considering what I paid and have put in since.
Car always run on v power and if not available momentum but preferably v power, and 10w 60 oil.
Car has full service history and huge folder of receipts for pretty much everything done to the car. Willing to listen to offers but nothing silly. Car based in Edinburgh but I'm in Aberdeen and Inverness quite regularly. Test drives by me unless you have insurance.
