Your advert is absolute gash.

No mention of the age of the car, no mention of mileage, no mention of MOT remaining, no mention of any service history, no mention of how long it's been in the country etc etc etc.

HTH.

What is the genuine reason for selling?

What power is it running?

the reason for sale is personal
but it's a serious family matter involving my misses and might need to go private if we have to wait on the nhs

So it's simply a case of needing cash?

I don't need the cash really bu if we need to go private, I just don't know how much the bills is going to be , so rather have a little more just incase

the car was bought as a toy and things have changed , so to have a expensive toy sat there getting used 3 times a month is mad
I could sell my other car or my bikes but thought this was the best option

The thing I don't understand is, if you are selling the type r to free up some cash, how come earlier today you asked the owner of the white hawk if he'd be interested in part-exchanging?

it's like a Spanish Inquisition this

the wife won't drive the type r
so if I got a new age , I'd sell the bmw
as she would drive a new age

hope this answers all your questions

Blimey, leave the guy alone. If you like the car, go and look and buy it if it's what you want. If not leave his thread alone to sell to someone who wants it.
Rant over!

if anyone is looking for a nice Type R, with a very nice spec and superb condition then there is one for sale on this thread.

stu is selling his car, he is willing to take a cheaper px so he can free up a little cash if needed. he has his reasons for selling non of which are relevant to any of you.

not looking to buy? then move on, its simple. this is what annoys me about SN these days, a member cant post anything without being drilled about it. we are all here for one reason (well most of us) because we either own, want or are very enthusiastic about Subaru, we discus, buy and sell on here..we have a little banter. whats wrong with everyone these days?

I am considering buying a type r and this looks like a very nice one. Surely anyone must be able to appreciate that a buyer might question why somebody would sell on a car within weeks of buying it, ie. there might be an issue with it. However, Stu has provided a legit reason.

I don't post much on here these days, but I have to say this looks a find example with some great modifications.

I agree with the comments above, the "personal reasons" for this sale has nothing to do with anyone else.

Good luck with the sale Stu, hope you get a genuine enthusiast buyer.
