2003/53 WRX STi Type UK Provisionally Sold Pending Deposit
For sale is my 2003/53 plate WRX STi Type UK in WR Blue
Gauges & pod are no longer in car - standard trim now

This is a lovely car, well looked after with a full service history. It has never let me down and has flown through its recent MOT and 60,000 mile service (the big service) with no advisories at all.
The interior is in great condition, no rips or tears on the seats, carpets and other trim are good also and it gets hoovered every Friday.
The exterior is also in great condition, the car gets washed, polished and waxed and the exterior trim and tyres are cleaned and dressed as is the engine bay every Friday.
Bad points:
There are the usual stone chips on the bumper & bonnet that are to be expected on a car of this year. The offside front wing has a car park ding that I either got yesterday
or have only just noticed - it wont show up in a photo though. Other than that, the body work is excellent and the paint is solid. The wheels are in good condition but do have marks on them.

The car will come with the following:
- 2 x keys
- Subaru folder
- Service book
- Owner manual
- Alarm pack, security info etc
- Tracker certificate & info
- A folder full of receipts
- Full service history
- Original spare wheel, jack and tool kit
The car is standard apart from the following:
- Mud flaps
- Cobra Sport silencer
- STi upgraded panel filter
- Rear glass tinted
Please note - the three gauges shown in the interior pictures are no longer fitted, the car has been returned to standard trim.
All four tyres have good tread, I had 2 Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetrics on the front and a full 4WD wheel alignment shortly after a bought the car.
New discs and pads all round at 52000 miles
The big service (£600) was carried out last month so nothing to worry about for another 10,000 miles and then it is just the small service.

I have owned this car for just over a year now, I bought it with 53k on the clocks. This is the 4th Scooby I have owned and I have enjoyed it immensely but after 4 years of Subaru I fancy a change and have decided on a Mercedes Benz CLK auto as this will provide a car for the missus to learn to drive in and then use as a shared car. No chance of that in the Scooby!

Thanks for the comments guys
I had a phone call from a guy this afternoon, he is in Hayes and was asking a lot of questions as it is about 45 mins away.
During our conversation he mentioned other cars that he has been to see and that he had been disappointed, particularly with one, which he travelled a couple of hours to see.
I asked him if he wouldn't mind telling me about the problems, the condition etc as I really had nothing to bench mark my own car by.
He rattled off a load of things including up to 20 dings on just one door, scratches and touch-ups with the wrong colour paint.
I was relieved actually, and told him that my car by those standards at least was really in very good condition.
So he rings back, says that a friend of his lives down the road from me and works in a body shop - can he come over and inspect the car? I said sure, yes. The bloke turns up, takes a load of pictures.
He pointed out the imperfections and commented twice that it was a very tidy car for its year, he seemed slightly surprised when he saw the number plate.
The lady that came with him was on the phone describing the car at the same time, when she finished she said that this bloke was very very fussy when it came to buying cars..
The potential buyer also wants his mechanic father to come over to give the car a once over, which is fine by me.
Basically, this guys bodywork bloke said the car was clean but from the other stuff he and she were saying I have a feeling the guy will try and go lower than the 6k I want.
I have decided now that 6k is low enough, any offer lower is just plain cheeky. 6k is an absolute bargain - I'd buy it for 6k! Looks like I might end up keeping it
What do you guys reckon?

There is NO WAY that car should be sold for less than 6.5K! 6K is really pushing it but sometimes a car needs to go as ive done with mine in the past.
I'd be knocking your door down if i had the money our 8 month old is calling the shots at the minute though

6.5k is well acceptable ive got twins on the way and a double buggy (side by side) for the life of me find the dimensions ideally if you could measure the boot bottom ie width x length and the width of the open space of the boot ie the width of the free air space id pass the buggy through. Basically if it fits it's mine

I apologise for any confusion, If you would like to know the boot dimensions for future reference with other cars for sale I will gladly get them for you
