0-62 sub 5.0 and limited to 151mph.......
300 vehicles limited to the UK market were sold with Blue Mica exterior paint, 17" gold alloy wheels with 215/45 tyres, Subaru World Rally Team branded front bucket seats, a 5-speed manual transmission and the Prodrive Performance Package (PPP) all as standard equipment. The Performance Package increased power to 265 PS (195 kW; 261 hp) and 348 N·m (257 lb·ft) torque and equipped the car with a 0-60 time of 4.8 seconds and a maximum speed of 151 mph (243 km/h). 12 months' free subscription to RAC Trackstar was included in the basic on the road price of £21495.00 (approx. $31800). Considering that the total on the road price of the standard non-limited edition Prodrive Performance Pack equipped Impreza WRX was £21900.00, the WRX 300 represented very good value for money. Optional extras included a 18" P-FF7 wheel and tyre package, a Prodrive brake upgrade (front brakes only), a sports suspension upgrade and a special edition rear spoiler.

the market for performance cars has died, not taking anything away from the car as it looks spotless but thats sti money mate,
you can pick up plent of sti's for that money and around 1k more for spec-d.
if your in no hurry to sell then its not a prob but i wouldnt expect it to go quickly which is a shame,

Love this car - would love to view it but before I know it I would be in France you're that far south !
Must admit if you sell this at £6000 it would be letting it go cheap.
There was one for sale with 850miles on the clock that sold for something like 15k not so long ago.
Would hate to see how much it devalued if your selling this at the price your wanting.
Im even tempted to take out a loan and keep it in storage. ha

Hi Simon,
Unfortunately i wanted 7.5k like 3 month ago as i new i was buying house now im struggling to get 6k but only because im in a hurry , im sure if i waited i would get nearer 7k but thats the market for you.
It was bought in may 09 for £12995 from sargents of copthorne, so someone will be buying a mint 55 low mileage impreza.
People talk about the STI model but the stats on this car are better 4.8 sec 0-62 and 155 mph top end, who cares about 400 bhp etc other than bragging rights.
That one for £15995 was from a garage cant believe someone bought it mugs.
Anyway bope it goes soon to someone who will look after it.
cheers

Stick it on ebay classified mate, just got £5900 for my own 55 plate wrx- was truely immaculate with just 33k and a full service history, the deal was agread within 48 hours off listing the advert on ebay and have had another two folk since wanting to view the car.
in my view most folk on s/net already have a scooby so its a limited market, a well worded advert with plenty off great photos off the car with full info regards servicing etc and would imagine you will at least get some genuine interest in it.
had 33 watchers and 450 views on mine last week and that was within 4 days off it being listed . as I say ebay classifieds - cost £14 and thats it no fees after this.
did not stop the first few questions comming in with :
1/interested in an exchange with my corsa ??
2/ give you £1200 less than your asking and will buy now ??
3/ countless other numpties with stupid questions who obviously had no intention off buying it !!
good luck there are buyers out there you just have to remind yourself how big this very site is to show how the scooby scene is still very much alive !!
