2003 Spec c 437bhp
Change of plans regarding exporting the spec c. After receiving advice from various tuners, etc, it turns out it will take a lot of time, cash and effort to get the vehicle to pass a RWC, so it looks like I'll have to sell or break it.
If it doesnt sell then a mate has offered to break it for me when I leave the country so all parts may be available soon.
Have just popped 6 months tax on it and V5 is currently with DVLA awaiting new registration number due to private plate being sold now.
Car:
2003 WRX STI Spec C
Imported in 2008
Currently running 437/401
Hornet CAT1 Alarm fitted
With the Spec C's being imported for rally pusposes, they lack a lot of creature comforts to save weight!
Thinner glass & thinner paint than UK spec STI's
Manual DCCD
6 Speed Manual
Manual & Auto intercooler spray
The Badger does have air con!
Exterior:
Undersealed
Custom 250mm Racing Stripes
Side Stripes with Spec c decals
Black / Modified Headlights
Clear Side Repeaters
New Black RallyFlapz Mudflaps
Aerocatch Bonnet Catches
Carbon fibre exhaust/bumper trim (stops flames melting bumper)
Kakumei S202 replica carbon fibre rear spoiler
Roof vent as standard
Inovit STVI Wheels in white with Yokohama Parada Spec2 225/40/18 tyres, good amount of tread left
Brembo front calipers with Performance Friction discs & pads
Standard 2 pot rear calipers with Godspeed discs and kevlar pads
HEL Braided Brakes hoses all round
BC Adjustable coilovers
Interior:
Standard Interior for Spec C
Winding windows
No underlay in carpet
Blue Alcantara seats
Custom interior black sunstrip
Pioneer double din dvd/cd/ipod flip face stereo
Engine:
Mapped by Andy F with plenty of pops, bangs and loads of flames!
MD321T Twin Scroll Turbo
Silicone intake hose
K&N Panel Filter / Resonator delete
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Ecutek 800cc Injectors
Blitz dump valve
Perrin 3 port boost solenoid
Custom oil catch can. 3 inlets, 1 outlet
Heat wrapped down pipe
Hayward & Scott Turbo back 3" exhaust with upswept back box
Meercat custom resonated centre section
MOT till end of March 2013
6 months tax remaining
All receipts and history from when imported in 2008
Serviced ever 5k without fail (serviced only 1500 miles ago)
Mileage approx 80k, speedo reads 111,000 but thats a mix of km & miles
The racing stripes are not to everyones taste. Im sure an hour with a heat gun will remove them and leave you with a lovely, clean white example of a Spec C.
Will be gutted if it sells so hope it goes to a good home. If it dont, its coming with me!
Any questions, drop me a pm

First MOT records 67,000 k/m then speedo was converted to miles and now reads 110,000 so works out just over the 80,000 miles as advertised

Pulling the advert soon so slight price drop to see if it will be rehomed in UK before it gets popped into a container

Total change of plans now regarding the spec c.
Having gained advice from various tuners, garages, etc it seems that its gonna be a whole load of hassle getting the car a rwc when exported due to all the current mods. Its hassle I dont need!
If it doesnt sell for the above asking price then it will sadly be broken. Sad state of affairs but its worth more in bits as are so many cars these days. A mate has offered to break it for me when I leave the country so all parts will be available soon if the car doesnt sell.
Some extra pix below of what the car was like before the stripes and tailgate/spoiler changed so can easily be returned to this. I am also willing to remove the stripes at buyers request if needed.
Video footage from Rally Day back in August......excuse the lines, first time on that track!
